It’s time to clean out your closets and Donate gently used items for reuse
Keep Sugar Land Beautiful (KSLB) will be spearheading our 6th Annual Recycle for Reuse Event in partnership with the Fort Bend Education Foundation, the Sugar Land Lions Club and the Fort Bend County Women’s Center to be held on Saturday, October 10. Please plan to donate your unwanted gently used items for reuse.
Items to be collected include:
- Books
- Flash Cards
- Games
- DVD’s
- CD’s
- Eyeglasses
- Hearing Aids
- Hearing Aid Batteries
- Clothing
- Furniture
- Household Items
Classroom items will be donated to Fort Bend ISD teachers. Eyeglasses, hearing aids and hearing aid batteries will be donated to the Lions Club. Furniture, clothing and household items will be donated to the Fort Bend Women’s Center. Donors are asked to bring clean, gently used items to the Fort Bend ISD Administration Parking Lot at 16431 Lexington Blvd, Sugar Land from 11 AM until 2 PM on Saturday, October 10.
Tax receipts will be provided for donors.
